Meet Dr. Laurel Thurston

“I take pride in providing my patients with high-quality, efficient care when they need it most.”

Dr. Laurel Thurston received her undergraduate degree from William & Mary and her Doctor of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She went on to complete her residency in Emergency Medicine at Drexel College School of Medicine.

A Lynchburg, VA native, Dr. Thurston is looking forward to serving members of the Hampton Roads community and providing people with trusted care when they need it most. Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Thurston spending time with her family, reading, learning Chinese and traveling.
